More building progress!
Here are a few more photos of the building works thus far!!! We have grouting, lounge steps, a level lounge ceiling and thus a lounge that is now ready for boarding and skimming!!!!! So we have a finished bit!!!! This is where I will be sitting facing the wall now till its done!!!…

Belated post of Easter shenanigans
A week sure went fast over Easter!!! Work in the woods!! In what will be the forest school area!!! Starting hazel hurdle fences…. Rendering the end of the house…. Concreting a hole in barn three’s floor…. Burning wood to make charcoal… Willows arrived and planted…. Rendering drying….…

Outside….
Outside the trenching has been finished and some of it back filled!!!!! Which means we now have electric and water connected to the main house!!! FRONT DOOR!!!!!!!
The Saturday of half term the lovely Mr Wyn Williams delivered and fitted our front door!!!!!!!!!! Squee!!!!! A front door with keys and everything!!!!!!! I love our door, but am starting to plan curtains for the window panels ;-)

Soffits and fascias
A peek at our soffits and fascias being installed!!! No swallows and house martins nesting indoors this year!!!! Yes the strip of dark grey is the starts of soffits…. More to come later but no birdie hotels for us this year and one step closer to being a sealed house!!!!! Hurrah!!!!!!
