Two weeks ago at the holding!!!
Building work central!!!!!!!! The boys have been working hard!!! Plaster boarding downstairs Plastering upstairs!!!! It’s looking really rather good!!

Front steps!!!
Over half term James and his father carefully built a whole set of concrete, brick and paving slab steps!!!!! Don’t they look fantabulous!!!!!!!! Clever husband and father in law!!!!!!!

Kitchen delivery!!!
Ooooo!!!!!! Kitchen!!!! And utility!!!!!! We went into Howdens over half term to get a kitchen quote or two and came out with a delivery date for two days later!!!! The sale prices were too good to pass up!!!

The builders are back!!
Yes we finally got the draw down we needed and have managed to get builders back on site!!!!!!! Upstairs is now plaster boarded and work is starting again downstairs!!! Excuse the dust ghosts and cue the pictures!!!!

Drainage
The other week James, helped by my nephew (who was digging for treasure and tunnels!!) dug out the drain hole between barns two and three….. The Hugely heavy drain cover was hauled off…. The poo, mud and oil dug out of the drain….. A jet wash pipe shoved down to see if it was clear…

Bye bye giant drain hole!!!
James and his father spent a few days last week sorting out the giant cavernous drain hole in our yard, which we have had a black pallet over to prevent someone falling in for over a year now!! Brickwork, cementing, bolts, a heavy duty grate which we had already in the hole, but was way…

Hearth stone!!
Over half term James and I found our way out of the other side of Llandysul to a fantastic Slate Yard and we acquired our hearth stone for the lounge log burner!!!!! One huge chunk of slate sat waiting to be bedded into the lounge floor!!!!!

Even more building work!
So many changes in just a week!!!!! We have stud wall for bedroom three, boarding in the kitchen, more rooms upstairs ready for boarding!!! Plastered Esse space, better photos of NASA….. Phew!!!!
