A fun knit for those on the farm! This pattern was originally knit up for a friend of mine who farms cattle locally to me for beef and has had a few iterations since!

You will need:
two colours of a Tyddyn Bryn DK for the two main colour segments, then an assortment of black white and pink or your chosen cow colours

 

Abbreviations.

K = knit

P = purl

M1 = Make one

Sl5wyif = slip five stitches knitwise with the yarn at the front as though to purl move yarn back then for next stitch.

Rep = repeat

K2tog = knit 2 stitches together

Sl3wyif = slip 3 stitches with the yarn in front
