James and I first went to see Tyddyn Bryn at the end of November 2013, and we made a second visit with his parents and a builder friend in tow at the beginning of December. I took a load of initial photos on this visit.
After our second visit we made an offer and from then on in we had a four month wait for completion!! But more on that in another post! We immediately could see the potential the land, outbuildings (one of which is a building we are calling the Hovel, where the previous owner had lived for 10 years!!) and part converted barn had and plans started forming in earnest for all the things we would like to achieve here.
