Winter Yarn Club – Three Months, Three Seasonal Colourways

Wrap yourself in the quiet magic of winter with our Winter Yarn Club, a three-month journey through colour, craft, and the changing season. Each month brings an exclusive hand-dyed colourway, inspired by the frosted hedgerows, firelit evenings, and still, soulful beauty of the West Wales landscape.

Every skein is created from our own low-carbon, no-kill flock, with wool that never travels more than a few miles from field to finished yarn. Each batch is dyed slowly over a wood-fired burner, using a blend of acid dyes, giving every colourway a depth and story that can only come from handmade craft rooted in place.

For this club, you can choose between DK or sock weight, each carefully prepared to showcase the nuances of winter’s palette. To keep the process truly small-batch and personal, there are only four spaces available in each weight..

Each month, you’ll receive an exclusive skein hand-dyed on our small West Wales smallholding, that capture autumn’s changing palette — from the burnished copper of bracken to the deep berry-reds and yellows of a ripe crabapple, and the dusky purples of the sloes.

Every skein comes with the story of its inspiration, and a mindful making prompt to deepen your connection to the season, this may be a recipe from my autumn kitchen, a prompt to connect with nature and the changing seasons or a pattern suggestion for mindful making.

This is slow, soulful yarn with a provenance you can trace from sheep to skein — perfect for makers who believe their projects should tell a story as beautiful as the finished piece.
