The Selkie Shawl is a piece of quiet magic — a design inspired by the tides, sea foam, and stories of transformation. Knit in two naturally contrasting undyed yarns, it captures the shimmer of seal-grey waters against pale sand and driftwood tones.

Each kit pairs two harmonious natural shades, chosen to echo the shifting coastline — light meeting dark, land meeting sea. The wool itself comes from flocks raised with care, spun close to home, and left in its pure, natural beauty.

Gentle to knit and deeply soothing to wear, the Selkie Shawl is a mindful journey — a reminder of how nature, story, and wool are forever intertwined.

Two skeins of Hand dyed yarn

Printed Selkie Shawl pattern

Needle size recommendations 4mm-4.5mm

Care : Hand wash or machine wash cool, dry away from direct sunlight.

Please bear in mind that I dye skeins in small batches through dip dyeing and hand painting, so if you have a large project in mind, please contact me so that I can make sure you get skeins from the same lot or I can also dye a specific lot up for you!!
