A beautifully soft and versatile yarn, Aberpaca combines the fine crimp of Aberfield wool with the silky warmth of alpaca, sourced from a small farm in Carmarthenshire. This blend offers the perfect balance of structure and drape, making it ideal for everything from cosy socks to elegant shawls. Naturally warm, with a gentle halo and excellent stitch definition, Aberpaca brings a touch of Welsh luxury to your knitting.

100 grams in a skein of Sock weight/ 4 Ply Pure Wool

Approximately 425 metres or 465 yards per 100gm skein

Fibre Content:  100% pure wool, Aberfield and Alpaca

Needle Size Recommendation : 2.5-3.5mm

Care : Hand wash or machine wash cool, dry away from direct sunlight.

Please bear in mind that I dye skeins in small batches through dip dyeing and hand painting, so if you have a large project in mind, please contact me so that I can make sure you get skeins from the same lot or I can also dye a specific lot up for you!!
